Let’s get this out of the way
You don’t need classic “agency experience”.
What you do need is experience designing websites for real clients - projects where someone else had expectations, feedback, deadlines, and opinions.
If you’ve worked with clients directly, in a studio, a startup, as a freelancer, or in a small team - that works for us.
What matters is that you understand how design decisions affect real users and real businesses.
What’s important for us
You’re comfortable designing websites in Figma - not just single screens, but full pages, components, and systems.
You know how to think through structure, hierarchy, responsiveness, and consistency.
You don’t design only for aesthetics.
You design to solve problems, communicate clearly, and guide users.
One important thing though
We design and build Webflow websites for fast-moving startups in tech, finance, and security.
That means clarity, structure, strong visual systems, and thinking beyond “nice-looking screens.”
Right now, we’re not looking to teach the basics from scratch.
We’re looking for someone who can plug into the team and start designing with intent.
And since projects can get serious
You should have experience working on serious projects for serious clients.
Not “my cousin’s startup” serious - but real products, real deadlines, real expectations.
If you check our portfolio and think “yeah, I’ve worked on something like this” - we’re probably aligned.

We’ve been around for 6+ years and have launched 250+ websites, working with teams that care about clarity, speed, and quality. Our projects range from early-stage startups to more complex, product-driven companies, and our work usually lives at the intersection of strategy, design, and Webflow development.
We’re a small, hands-on team based in Niš, working closely across design, development, and project management. There are no layers of management or rigid processes - just collaboration, open feedback, and a strong focus on building things properly.
